Order Cancellation Policy
At Order Lagao, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide a flexible cancellation process. Please review our cancellation terms below:
1. How to Cancel an Order
- Orders can be canceled anytime before they are shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at info@orderlagao.com or through the Contact Us page on our website.
- Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation to expedite the process.
2. Cancellation Timeframe
- Before Shipment: Orders canceled before shipment will receive a full refund, processed within 4-6 business days.
- After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, initiate a return after delivery if eligible under our Return Policy.
3. Refund Process for Canceled Orders
- Refund to Bank Account: For canceled orders, the refund will be processed to the customer’s bank account within 7-10 business days. Please provide accurate bank details when requested.
- Credit/Debit Card Reversals: If the order was paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be processed as a reversal within 17-25 working days, depending on the card provider.
4. Exceptions to Order Cancellations
- Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation after the order is placed.
- Orders marked as "Ready for Dispatch" may have limited cancellation options. In such cases, please reach out to customer support for assistance.
5. Change of Mind
Please note that cancellations due to a change of mind after the item has been shipped are not eligible for a refund or reversal.
