1. Marketplace Policy: As a marketplace, Order Lagao does not offer direct warranties. Warranty claims vary based on the product supplier and brand, and all warranty claims are handled by the respective brand’s service centers as per the official warranty card.

2. Warranty Claims:

   • Any product with an official warranty should be claimed through the brand's authorized service center within 24 hours of delivery.
   • Claims made after 24 hours, damage post-delivery, or unbranded items are not eligible.
   • Change of mind is not accepted for warranty claims.
   • Medical products or supplements are purchased at the customer's own risk. Consult a professional before purchasing.

3. Reporting Claims:

   • Claims should be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Customers must provide images or videos detailing the issue and a photo of the invoice.
   • In case of damaged items (Karachi only), report within 1 hour of delivery.

Return & Replacement Policy

1. Valid Claims: All claims are reviewed by our quality control team. Eligible claims may be offered a replacement. If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued per our Refund & Reversal policy.

2. Incorrect Product: If the wrong item was received, report it within 24 hours for exchange eligibility.

Recommendation: We recommend recording an unboxing video of the product as proof.
