• We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images; however, Order Lagao does not guarantee that all descriptions or content are entirely accurate, complete, or free of errors.
• Products are listed with their respective brand warranties if applicable. All warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer or authorized service centers.

3. Orders and Payment

• Orders placed on Order Lagao are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product limitations, payment issues, or fraudulent activity.
• Payments made via credit/debit card, or other payment methods, must be verified. If any issues arise, please contact our customer support.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Reversals

• Refunds and reversals are subject to Order Lagao’s Refunds & Reversals Policy. Bank details will be required for refunds, processed within 4-6 business days.
• For card payments, refunds are processed via reversal within 17-25 business days. Refunds are not applicable for “change of mind” returns.

5. Claiming Product Warranty

• For warranty claims, customers should follow the process provided on the warranty card. Order Lagao does not manage warranty claims directly.
• Claims for damaged or incorrect products should be made within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos sent to support@orderlagao.com.

6. Privacy and Security

• By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal data and secure payment information.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Order Lagao is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, including but not limited to, loss of data or profits.
